We are looking for a Client Success Manager to nurture and build long-term client relationships for our main product lines – Liquidity (FX and Crypto), CRM for financial institutions and Blockchain Solutions. In this role, you will be the main point of contact between Broctagon and our clients to provide assistance and drive client satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will be a great communicator who can grasp client’s needs and provide the relevant solutions.

  • Building and maintaining relationship with clients
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
  • Act as the client advocate and point-of-contact for clients
  • Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the organisation
  • Communicate with various teams to ensure delivery

Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and clients in view of business communications)
  • Possess strong interpersonal and instructional skills
  • Relevant experience is an advantage but not a must
  • Rotational home shifts
