Customer Success Manager – Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of client.
  • Handling Relationship with Clients.
  • Upselling (making sure volumes increases).
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Assist in sales quotation & manage client’s feedback.
  • Act as the client advocate and point-of-contact for clients. Manage, build and establish relationships with relevant parties appropriately.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision makers at target accounts.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin. Candidate has to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Candidates with knowledge of Finance and Blockchain will be an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and independent while being an active team player.
  • Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and instructional skills.
  • Candidates must be enthusiastic to learn with an open mind.

Salary: From $42,000.00 per year
