- Onboarding of client.
- Handling Relationship with Clients.
- Upselling (making sure volumes increases).
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Assist in sales quotation & manage client’s feedback.
- Act as the client advocate and point-of-contact for clients. Manage, build and establish relationships with relevant parties appropriately.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision makers at target accounts.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin. Candidate has to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates.
- Highly motivated and self-driven.
- Candidates with knowledge of Finance and Blockchain will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and independent while being an active team player.
- Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and instructional skills.
- Candidates must be enthusiastic to learn with an open mind.
