If you live and breathe marketing, let’s talk. Broctagon is looking for a versatile marketer who will oversee our inbound sales channel growth for our range of products and services.

Your responsibilities will include designing, tracking, and analyzing the performance of our marketing campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and producing the necessary marketing materials.

To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to lead the content and design teams in creating effective advertising campaigns.

You will be working closely with the managing director and head of sales to help Broctagon build and maintain a strong branding across a wide range of offline and online marketing channels to enhance lead acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company, products and services and drive qualified traffic to our door, with a core emphasis on our flagship product – NEXUS 2.0
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, cold prospecting, EDM marketing, with performance analysis
  • Build strategic partnerships with key industry players as well as relationships with media contacts
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely while effectively managing agencies, vendors, providers to be in line with company objectives
  • Direct and create marketing materials, from websites and pitch decks to event booths
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Job
Requirements
  • 2 years or more working experience in marketing, preferably for a finance/crypto/fintech company
  • Demonstrable experience in successful marketing together with the aptitude and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate conversion
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools with demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copywriting and witty communication
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and ability to quantity performance
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Fluency in spoken mandarin preferred
  • You should be keen on working within a start-up style environment, understanding the unique responsibility, creativity and flexibility that is required and the immense rewards that come with it
