AXIS CRM V4.3.0 – Version Update
In this new version update of the AXIS CRM V4.3, we have focused on a few new functionalities and fixes to improve the user experience of IBs, Traders, and Admins. Admins now have greater control over the system.
Trading Platform
Two new settings have been added to ‘Trading Platform Settings’ to allow admins to make updates on the portal more effectively.
Refreshing Gateway
In case of a server disconnection, admins can now refresh the gateway manually to resume connection. This reduces technical dependency and downtime.
Updating Manager Credentials
To ensure all changes reflect correctly, we have implemented a setting to update manager credentials in the admin portal manually when account and password credentials have been changed in the client portal.
Domain Settings
Adding a new domain
Admins will no longer need to go through Broctagon account managers to add new domains. In the event that a CRM domain change is required, we have implemented a new function that allows admins to create and add a new domain on their own. This function is available for both Back Office and Client Portal under ‘Brand Settings’ > ‘Domain Settings’, reducing any downtime and allowing a quicker setup process.

Exchange Rate
Two new data sources have been added to exchange rates, allowing users to pull from more sources and search for the best prices.
This has been implemented in ‘Deposit Settings’, ‘Withdrawal Settings’ and ‘Transfer Settings’.
Notification Emails
The upload of attachments are now supported when sending notification emails.
Email Templates
Similarly, attachments can now be added to existing email templates, allowing for greater customization and automation potential.
General
Client usernames now support special characters (& and =).
