We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and managing relationships with high-net-worth individual and institutional clients in the Forex and CFD Institutional liquidity Market. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to promote our liquidity solutions, forge strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Job
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individual and institutional clients in the Forex and CFD Institutional liquidity Market.
  • Understand clients’ needs, trading strategies, and business goals to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue leads through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our liquidity products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide valuable insights to the team based on market feedback and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Job
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of successful sales experience in the Forex and CFD Institutional liquidity.
  • In-depth understanding of Forex and Crypto markets, liquidity solutions, and trading technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Mastery of communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency in English, is essential, and proficiency in Chinese is considered as an advantage.
