Senior Sales Executive (Liquidity)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and managing relationships with high-net-worth individual and institutional clients in the Forex and CFD Institutional liquidity Market. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to promote our liquidity solutions, forge strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individual and institutional clients in the Forex and CFD Institutional liquidity Market.
- Understand clients’ needs, trading strategies, and business goals to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue leads through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our liquidity products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide valuable insights to the team based on market feedback and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of successful sales experience in the Forex and CFD Institutional liquidity.
- In-depth understanding of Forex and Crypto markets, liquidity solutions, and trading technologies.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Mastery of communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency in English, is essential, and proficiency in Chinese is considered as an advantage.
